My name is War N and I have been a home carer for over five years. I am proud to be a male carer and have experience with all types of care including live-in, hourly, and overnight. My attributes are caring, friendly, and helpful, which not only help me in my role but also put my clients at ease.
My motivation for being a carer is to help people lead their lives as independently as possible. I believe that everyone deserves to have the dignity and respect to live their life to the fullest and I am honored to assist in that process. While I cannot drive, I make up for it with the skills and experiences I have gained in the care industry.
My skills include assisting with bathing, toileting, dressing, and catheter care, as well as companionship and emotional support. I have worked with clients who have mild cognitive impairment, are bedbound, have Parkinson's disease, anxiety and depression. My hobbies include walking, card games, cooking and baking, puzzles, and photography. I am also OK with pets, including cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds.
